Glamp Fire is an evening of camping-inspired luxury benefitting Camp Fire Green Country. This year we are increasing the benefits and options for supporters. Guests will enjoy dinner, drinks, dancing, and a camp-worthy DIY activity.
All funds raised at Glamp Fire 2025 support Camp Fire’s mission: to connect young people to themselves, to the outdoors, and to others. Our out-of-school time clubs and summer camps are inviting spaces for the youth in our community who need it the most.

NEW! Beverage Table Service
Skip the line and enjoy your evening with beverage table service. Have all of your drinks delivered straight to you (while you watch over that silent auction item you need!) or your table. This benefit is available at the Horizon sponsorship level for 8 guests, or at the Adventure sponsorship level for 4 guests.
NEW! Donate your seats for a greater benefit.
Are you ready to sponsor our event but don’t have enough people to fill your table? This year we are offering sponsors the option to donate their unused seats back to our event. Each donated seat will increase the tax-deductible portion of your donation from $50 a seat to $100 a seat.
NEW! Camp Fire’s Friends and Family Event
Experience what Camp Fire is all about at our Friends and Family Event, programmed by our staff. Enjoy a day visiting our outdoor education facility, Camp Waypoint, for some time in nature. Bring your family, friends, and/or staff to participate in a variety or camp and outdoor activities. This benefit is available for all sponsors, with the number of guests varying at each level.
Online and Print Publicity
Sponsors will be recognized in press releases, social media posts, and on our website using their preferred name and logo. Event signage and other visuals will also feature sponsor names and preferred logos.
Recognition at the Event
Sponsors at the Horizon and Discover level have the option to speak about their organization during the event or provide us with a short, 1 minute maximum, video highlighting their organization’s work in the community. Sponsors at the Adventure and Starflight levels have the option to submit a short description of their organization along with a slide to be shown during the presentation.
