Leadership Retreat is done in partnership with Camp Fire Green Country and Youth Services Tulsa. Leadership Retreat is a weekend-long leadership camp for youth interested in learning more about community needs. Leadership Retreat is free and takes place at Camp Fire’s Tulsa-area campground.
This year’s Youth Leadership Retreat theme is Film Fest– so expect your cabins to reflect that (think Studio Ghibli, Jim Henson, Tim Burton, and Lakia)! Our Youth Leadership Team is hard at work, creating experiences like a camp-wide scavenger hunt and youth-led workshops. Leave room in your bags for clothes from the Free and Curated Thrift Shop and don’t forget to bring your talent and musical instrument for Saturday night’s Jam Session and Talent Show.
Youth will meet at Youth Services Tulsa at 5pm on Friday, April 10th, and leave for our Camp Fire campgrounds after check-in and dinner at Youth Services Tulsa. Youth will be picked up at 3pm at the same location on Sunday, April 12th.
Upon completing the registration form, you will receive more information about drop-off and pick-up procedures, Camp Fire campground address and emergency contact information, and a Parent/Guardian packet with more information about Leadership Retreat.
