Summer Camp 2024 Registration

Welcome to the 2024 Camp Registration Process

We are so excited for an awesome summer. This year, we have simplified registration, breaking it up into four pieces so that you can complete it at your own pace. Upon completing each piece, you will receive an email – we ask that you save these emails so that you can always return to them. They will act as your hub for your camper’s registration. The initial piece will take 15 minutes at most. While you have the flexibility to fill out the three additional pieces at your own pace, each requires about 50 minutes. Designate time for thorough completion at the start.

This is the Initial Registration – completing this begins the full process of registering and requires an initial $35 deposit for each session. You will be invoiced to pay the remaining balance for your camper’s sessions. Additional forms and payments are required (see pricing information below). We will send you all necessary materials and links to secure your camper’s spot at camp and finalize the registration process. We are here to assist you throughout the whole process! Pricing and Payments:

This year, you will be able to pay as a guest via PayPal or be invoiced for deposits and final payments. Deposits will be applied to your total payment and are only used as a way to secure your camper’s spot. We accept card over the phone and in person and checks mailed to our office. More information is available to you once you’ve completed the form below.

Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program CIT 1 (Week 1 & 2) or CIT 2 (Week 3 & 4) CLOSED $725

*CIT Programs are not eligible for ‘Additional Sessions’ discounts.

Discounts and Camperships:

To make Summer Camp as accessible as possible, we offer unique discounts and Camperships so everyone can experience Camp. Camperships, and camp scholarships, are offered each year to youth who want to attend Camp and need financial assistance. See our offering of unique discounts below:

Club Participant: Any current, registered, Camp Fire Green Country club members will receive 50% off of their camp cost.

Additional Sessions: All additional sessions added/attended will be 10% off.

Siblings: Each sibling registered after the first will receive $35 off of their cost of camp.

Referrals: For every registration that lists your name as “how they heard about Camp”, you will receive $35 off of your oldest child’s registration (up to 10 referrals).

*The $35 deposit is due at the same time of registration and any discounts will be applied to the remaining amount. Discounts may NOT be combined. Instead, the discount of the highest value will be applied if you are eligible to receive multiple. Campership eligibility is not altered by any discounts you receive.

Is your youth a current Camp Fire Green Country club participant?
Does your youth have siblings who will also attend summer camp?
Is your youth interested in our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program? (note: youth are only eligible if they’re going into their junior or senior year of high school)
The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program gives youth the opportunity to learn leadership skills, goal setting and management skills, teamwork skills and so much more in a beautiful outdoor setting. CIT’s will experience all camp has to offer with an hour and a half of training each day.
CIT 1 must be a high school junior and attend sessions 1 AND 2; CIT 2 must be a high school senior and attend sessions 3 AND 4
Will your camper be attending Mini Camp or Summer Adventure?
Mini-Camp is a shorter session running Sunday through Wednesday; Summer Adventure is the full stay from Sunday through Friday. Both session types are open to all ages.

Notice: Weeks 1 and 3 spots are full. Registration closed for weeks 1 and 3.

Select all weeks your camper wishes to attend. Please note, Week 1 and Week 2 cater to specific audiences that we proudly serve; all are welcome on these weeks. Order the Gift Box by December 15th, 2023 and receive a box of camp swag.
